Artillery Observation Panzer II

In a second announcement this week from Dragon Models is a new variant of the early war Panzer II.  This version is an artillery observation tank used by the forward artillery observers to help in pointing out targets and direct artillery fire.  The kit comes with new drive wheels that should fix some fit issues on early Dragon Pz.II kits and Magic Track.
