Big Gun and Armored Dozer
For only being on the Market for a couple of years, Takom continues to make big strides in releases, including great subjects. This continues with some recent great looking announcements.
The first is German 420mm Big Bertha Gun, which was designed and built by Krupp for the German Army in World War 1. While the gun had earned a devastating reputation early in the war for its effect on early fortifications, but as the war went on, new construction methods for fortification rendered Big Bertha less effective.
The second kit coming from Takom is the US armored bulldozer, the M9 Armored Combat Earthmover(ACE). The vehicle was first fielded in the mid-1980's and was transportable by most aircraft in the U.S.A.F inventory.
Both these new upcoming kits from Takom should prove very interesting, and we hope to see more new interesting releases in the future.
More information about Takom and their releases can be found here, unfortunately they are not the greatest at updating their site.
