ICM 6 Wheel Soviet Truck

ICM has announced an interesting looking Soviet Six-Wheel Army Truck.  I also find the name interesting, as it describes it exactly, but I am sure it has a manufacturer.  Those more familiar with the subject would know, and I guess it prevents a model company for having to pay royalties to use a name.
