Meng Adds T-72

The mystery TS-028 kit number from Meng has been resolved with the announcement of the T-72B3.  The kit is stated to include clear plastic parts and photo-etched for extra details.  The recently announced engine will not be included, but would make for a interesting build with the engine deck open.
